About
Audrey is the president and founder of communications consultancy, Mann Cronin PR.
With over twenty-five years of experience, Audrey’s expertise in strategic and creative brand building and social engagement campaigns has been integral to clients both entering and maturing in the technology industry. Her record spans advancements in healthcare, education, media, entertainment and computer and video gaming. From the Fortune 500 to startups to nonprofits, she services executives in using communications to shape and build a successful business.
Audrey knows how to shape a story and deliver it with a punch. She has strong relationships with press in the print, broadcast and online media and an impressive track record for garnering significant media coverage, as well as experience in creating social media strategies and campaigns.
In 2019, Audrey was a founding team member of leading digital health marketing agency, 120/80 MKTG and currently leads speaker and media training. Most recently, she led communications for Caraway, a women’s digital healthcare company for Gen Z, where she was a key member of its founding leadership team. Audrey launched Caraway out of stealth mode and took it through its Series A funding.
Prior to Mann Cronin PR, Audrey led the Consumer Technology Practice as SVP at TSI Communications and Golin/Harris, both part of the Interpublic Group. She was a key player in new business efforts and managed a client portfolio that included Activision, AOL/Moviefone, Epic Games, Forbes.com, IBM, id Software, Microsoft, Macmillan/i>Clicker, Simon & Schuster Interactive, Sony Consumer Electronics, and Warner Home Video.
As a passionate advocate for girls/women, Audrey is a sought-out spokesperson on leadership, entrepreneurship, and the power of confident communication. She has been a guest speaker at several educational institutions, for-profit and nonprofit companies. She is the founder of the community Our Digital Daughters, and was named “A Woman of Impact” by The Corporate Sisters.
In March of 2016, Audrey founded Say It Media, Inc. and launched the category-defining, voice-driven mobile app, LikeSo: Your Personal Speech Coach, to empower everyone to be effective and confident speakers, and without the “likes” and “sos.” It has had over 46K downloads. Audrey has since created AI-driven LikeSo PRO for enterprise. Her suite of speech apps allow all of us to practice for high stakes situations, from college and job interviews, to presentations, to sales calls, to corporate pitches, to dates and debates. Her apps and her story has been covered by over 75 media outlets including: Backstage, CNN, CNBC, Cosmopolitan, Fast Company, Mashable, New York Magazine’s The Cut, The New York Times, USA Today.
Audrey is an alumna of Cornell University and a mentor for Entrepreneurship@Cornell. She started her career as a PR intern for the Broadway theatre, and got her first paying job as a marketing representative at Hewlett-Packard. Her passions are her family, music, painting, yoga, travel, swimming and, in the distant past – fronting a rock band as lead singer.
